We drop off, set up, and take down. +$45 flat in Frederick County. We deliver, inflate, stake it down and confirm it is running. After the party we take it down. You do not haul the castle or set it up yourself.

We do not stay for the party. Once the unit is up and running, turnover is complete and we head out. A responsible adult, 18 or older, has to supervise the whole time it is in use.

Non-refundable 50% reservation fee. The 50% reservation fee holds your date. Once we receive it, it is non-refundable — including if you cancel or change your mind. It is liquidated damages for holding the unit, not a penalty. Two exceptions only: if we cancel (unit down or we cannot staff), you choose a refund of the deposit or a reschedule; weather is a reschedule, not a refund. The balance is due the day before the party.
